View of the ruins of a castle surrounded by dense vegetation, with a handwritten text on the back addressed to a recipient in Paris. The back bears a 5-centime postage stamp (2 stamps) and a cancellation from Saint-Maur-des-Fossés dated 29 March 1935, with a handwritten address to Montjean-sur-Loire.
