View of the hospital in St-Brice-en-Coglès, garden side, with a stone building and a paved courtyard. Printed text at the bottom: '51. - St-BRICE-en-COGLÈS (I.-et-V.). - L'Hôpital (côté Jardin)'. Reverse: handwritten correspondence to Monsieur Tollivier, 84 rue des Gravilliers, Paris, with a green 5c stamp and a cancellation 'ST-BRICE-EN-COGLÈS' dated 17/6/1908.
