Description

Panoramic view of the village of Saint-Clairde nestled in a mountainous landscape, with typical Alpine architecture. At the bottom right, a building bears the inscription 'JEANTET-DAVIS - WOOD FACTORY'. The reverse features a handwritten letter sent to Mr. Injalbert, priest of N.D. de Clignancourt, in Paris, dated 1939, with a 15 franc stamp and a postmark from Le Quesnoy (Nord).
