View of the City Hall in Saint-Cloud, an imposing stone building with the inscription 'LIBERTE EGALITE FRATERNITE' above the windows. On the back, handwritten correspondence dated January 23, 1931, addressed to Madame Orie Fernand, with cursive handwriting and a signature. Postmark and Saint-Cloud post office cancellation visible.
