Relief representation of Saint-Étienne in the 15th century, with its ramparts, towers, and rooftops of the city perched on a rocky spur. Printed text at the bottom of the front mentions the restitution by M. de la Tour-Varan. Reverse: green 1907 stamp, postmark of Saint-Étienne from December 8, 1907, and handwritten address to Madame Bonnader in Enghien-les-Bains.
