View of the Henri IV Pavilion in Saint-Germain-en-Laye, used by the Austrian delegation during the 1919 Peace Conference. The printed text in French and English indicates the function of the site. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated June 1919, signed by 'E. Papeghin, 8 rue des Tilleuls, Paris', addressed to 'Dear Cécile' and signed by 'Madame Madeleine'.
