The printed text at the bottom states « SAINT-MALO. — The Jetty on a stormy day. » The back features handwritten correspondence dated February 14, 1919, addressed to Mr. R. Pestel at the Bureau of the Commandant d'Étapes of G.R., with a postmark from Saint-Malo dated January 15, 1919.
