Description

Devastated view of the street of La Poste in St-Quentin, with ruined buildings and a large pile of debris in the center. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated 5 September 1924, addressed to 'Ma Chérie Cante', mentioning arrival in Antony and the family's health status. Postmark and cancellation visible.
