Black and white view of the military fleet in the harbor of Saint-Raphaël, with several warships visible in the distance and a promenade lined with palm trees in the foreground. On the reverse, a handwritten address to M. Jacques Claud, 29 Bd. Magenta, Fontainebleau, with an 8 franc Jégu stamp canceled in Saint-Raphaël on 17/10/1938, and a mention of 'Reproduction Interdite' from Editions Franks.
