Colorized view of Place de l'Hôtel de Ville in Saint-Étienne, with the town hall at the center, surrounded by trees and vintage cars. The reverse has handwritten text addressed to Mme L'Abbé Frey in Bondy, with a 30-centime French Republic stamp dated 1937 and a postmark from Luinal.
