Black and white view of the City Hall in Santander, an imposing neo-Renaissance building with a central dome and ornate architectural details. The reverse has a handwritten address to the teacher at Entrájues in France, a Spanish 30-centime postmark, and a cancellation from Santander dated May 5, 1935.
