View of Saumur Castle, east side, with its towers and ramparts, dated around 1900. Printed text in French and English indicates its construction in the 11th century by Foulque Nerra and its renovations in the 16th century. Reverse: blank postcard with space for correspondence and address, printed 'CARTE POSTALE' and 'A Papeghin, Paris-Tours'.
