Description

Scene of a traditional wedding in Berry, with a bride in a white dress, women in purple dresses and white headscarves, and a musician in regional costume playing the bagpipes. Reverse: printed text 'SCÈNES DU BERRY' and handwritten message dated September 25, 1956, sent from Oatar to Champsaint, mentioning the arrival at René's grandfather's house in Neuvy, and the tickets for the rides. Postmark and cancellation not visible.
