Postcard showing the La Moncelle cross in Sedan, the site where Marshal Mac-Mahon was wounded on 1 September 1870 at 7 a.m. The reverse features a handwritten address to Baroness de Palkoviet in Challemes (Oise), with a 5-centime green stamp and a cancellation mark from Chevrières (Oise) dated 3 August 1915.
