Description

View of the Lower Castle in Sédan, with its imposing building and round tower, dated 1912. The reverse bears a historical inscription about its construction between 1612 and 1615 by Henri de La Tour d'Auvergne, as well as mentions of Louis XIV. The publisher is the Edition du Syndicat d'Initiatives de Sédan. The postcard is addressed to Madame Mangas in Paris and bears a 15-centime postmark.
