View of the Town Hall in Sens, inaugurated in 1904, with a statue in the center of the paved square. The back has handwritten text addressed to 'Mademoiselle Maria Glandon with her parents in Châne-arnoute (Yonne)' and a note stating 'To be used only in the interior service (France, Algeria, Tunisia)'.
