View of the park in Sens, featuring a central fountain surrounded by trimmed hedges and paths. The printed text at the top indicates '3. SENS. — The Green Carpet.' Two green 5-centime stamps of the French Republic are affixed at the top right. The reverse bears a handwritten letter addressed to Mr. and Mrs. Pierny in Maillot, near Sens, with a postmark from Sens (Yonne) dated May 14, 1933.
