View of the Town Hall in Sens, a building adorned with a spired bell tower and complex architectural details, dating from the Sens Exhibition in 1909. The back has a handwritten letter addressed to Jean Gambetta in Vienna, with a 50-centime stamp and a cancellation from Sens for the Exhibition of April 30, 1909.
