Satirical caricature depicting a monkey in a judge's costume sitting on a bench of infamy, with printed text: 'The Guilty Step-Mother' and 'And it is because of her that he is on this bench of infamy'. On the reverse, the handwritten address is addressed to 'Miss Céline Ravel with her Parents, 90 Rue du Commerce, 10e, Paris', with a 5 centimes postage stamp and a cancellation from Nantes dated May 6, 1903.
