Black and white view of the entrance to the abbey church of Solesmes, with its Gothic portal and stained glass, surrounded by bare trees. On the reverse, printed text indicating 'The Entrance to the Abbey Church', a handwritten inscription 'Good souvenir of Holidays', and the address of Madame Beronomie in Mamer (Sarthe). Postmark of 15 francs 'Le Grenadier' canceled in Sable-sur-Sarthe on July 7, 1959.
