Sepia-toned view of the port of La Rochelle with two historical towers, a steamship, and sailboats. On the reverse, a blue 12c RF stamp, La Rochelle postmark of June 16, 1938, printed text 'SAVE TIME USE AIR MAIL', and handwritten address to M. de Bourg for the Hotel des Voyageurs in Puy de Dome.
