On the reverse, a handwritten correspondence addressed to Mr. Colin at Gendarmerie in Arc-sur-Tille (Côte-d'Or), with an Algerian postal stamp canceled in Ahraç and a note of non-acceptance of the correspondence on the front for certain foreign countries.
