Woman in traditional Alsatian costume, wearing a large black hat, sitting near a tree trunk decorated with ivy. Printed text in several languages (German, French, Alsatian) at the top of the card. Reverse: German postage stamp of 1908, postal mark of Strasbourg, handwritten address to Sainte-Lucie-de-Castel, France, and greeting text to Marie Sainte Martin.
