Postcard of the Yonne featuring vineyards and vignettes of local towns such as Sens, Joigny, Auxerre, and Évonneville. Printed text at the bottom: 'One day I had a thirst for the Yonne, Wanting to know what Auxerre was, As a man of Sens I said: Avallon, Tonnerre!' Back: correspondence dated April 14, 1918, addressed to 'Dear little Louis' by Louise Paupret, with stamp and postmark from Paris.
