Panoramic view of the old town of Menton, perched on the hill above the port, with a church with a bell tower dominating the landscape. The reverse has a handwritten address to 'M. Ademouille Papillault' in Tude-et-Loire, a 50-cent postage stamp, and a cancellation mark from Turs (16th arrondissement of Paris) dated December 1, 1900.
