View of the Commercial Basin in Le Havre with numerous sailboats and port buildings, dated October 1900. The reverse has handwritten text addressed to Madame Vissac in Aigues-Mortes (Gard), with a 10-centime postal stamp and a Le Havre cancellation stamp from 13 October 1900.
