On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated August 6, 1949, sent from St. Anton am Arlberg to Fleury-sur-Andelle (Eure), addressed to Monsieur Jean Rolland, with a postmark and cancellation 'Wintersportplatz St. Anton am Arlberg'.
