Altar of St-Bertrand — 12th century — Publisher Théojac

Description

Interior of a Gothic altar adorned with wall frescoes and a reredos with an effigy of a bishop. Two lit candles frame a cross and flowers. The reverse indicates the publisher 'Théojac' and notes that the altar dates from the 15th century and that St-Bertrand was bishop of Comminges in the 12th century.
