View of the Grandes Eaux at St. Cloud, showing the location of the Imperial Palace destroyed during the war of 1870/71, with the basins of St. Jean and du Fer à Cheval. Printed text at the bottom of the front. Reverse: handwritten address to M. E. Louis, secretary of the ambassador of S. H. R. in Paris, dated 15 July 1906, with a postmark from Vitry-sur-Seine and mention 'Edition Trianon - No.1738'.
