Description

View of the Canclaux Barracks in St Maixent, with several soldiers in uniform posing in front of the monumental entrance adorned with crests. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated Sunday, July 14, 1907, addressed to 'dear Loves,' describing a visit to the barracks and a walk to the Hotel des 3 Piliers. The reverse also bears the inscription 'POSTCARD' and the number 'n°1'.
