Description

Postcard showing the ruins of the Haut Infernat Castle, one of the largest in the region, flanked by 8 towers and successively belonging to the Courtenay, Braques, Colligny and Montmorency families. Reverse: 20-centime postal stamp from the 'Prouet d'Allègre' series dated 29-7-36, addressed to Monsieur and Madame Guinquier in Nîmes, with handwritten inscription 'Here are some good souvenirs'.
