Black and white view of the Basilica of St-Quentin taken from the belfry, showing its Gothic architecture with pointed arch windows and a bell tower. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to Mr. Victor Hugo in Saint-Mandé, with a 1935 French postage stamp and a postmark from St-Quentin (Aisne) dated 20 June 1935.
