Description

Devastated view of the Exchange of Commerce in St-Quentin in March 1919, showing the ruins of the arcades and columns surrounded by rubble. The reverse features a handwritten letter addressed to a Captain F. T. T. in Mainz, with a postmark from St-Quentin dated 6 June 1919 and a violet stamp.
