Colorized view of the port of Saint-Raphaël with several sailboats and a white-fronted building in the background. On the reverse, a postcard sent to Mrs. Camerlo in Marseille, with a green 25-centime stamp and a Strasbourg cancellation of 17 February 1938. The publisher is Cie des Arts Phacmochoual, based in Strasbourg.
