Description

View of the facade of the church of St-Sulpice-de-Favières, whose construction began around 1250 and was completed around 1450, likely under the architect Pierre de Montreuil. The printed text on the postcard states that the church is unfortunately obscured by trees. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated June 13, 1935, addressed to Madame Roger in Rueil-Malmaison, is accompanied by a 40-centime blue stamp and a postmark from St-Sulpice-de-Favières.
