View of the square in St. Wolfgang with the famous white horse sign of the Hotel Weißes Rössl, in front of traditional Alpine buildings and an old car. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated August 1933 from Emmanuel to 'Budlie', sent from the hotel, mentioning a departure from Paris and a recent visit to the hotel.
