View of the Statue of Liberty in Clermont-Ferrand, with children sitting at its feet and surrounding buildings bearing signs such as 'Papiers Gents' and 'Azanor'. The reverse shows a handwritten address to Eugénie Comble in Avignon, with a postage stamp and a cancellation from Rigueperse dated July 13, 1908.
