View of an allegorical bronze statue of the Gänselesel in the Orangerie of Strasbourg, surrounded by greenery and pink flowers. The reverse has a handwritten correspondence addressed to M. E. Barrot in Chalons-sur-Marne, with two German Empire postage stamps (1913) and a Strasbourg postmark.
