View of the Kais. Hauptpostamt in Strasbourg, a Gothic building with pointed roofs and arched windows, bordered by trees. Printed text at the top: 'Strassburg 1. Els.' and 'Kais. Hauptpostamt'. Reverse: handwritten letter dated August 15, 1921, addressed to Madame Frahm in Metz, signed C. Virald. Blue 25-centime stamp of the French Republic, canceled 'STRASBOURG'.
