Panorama of Strasbourg viewed from the hospital, highlighting the Notre-Dame Cathedral with its imposing Gothic spire dominating the city rooftops. The reverse features handwritten correspondence addressed to a recipient in Paris, a 20 centime German postage stamp, and a Strasbourg cancellation mark dated 29 August 1903. The publisher is identified as Kunstverlag E. Hartmann in Strasbourg.
