Description

Black and white view of a flooded street in Strasbourg, with the Saint Thomas Church visible in the distance and buildings with closed shutters along the water. The reverse has a handwritten dated inscription from 23 June 1928, sent from Strasbourg to Paris, with a violet 40-centime stamp and a Strasbourg postmark.
