View of Grosse Metzig Square in Strasbourg, with the Notre-Dame Cathedral in the background and a bridge spanning the river. The reverse has a handwritten address to Mr. Jean Piallot in Marseille, France, and a postmark from Strasbourg dated 15.5.1908. A German postage stamp from 1885 is affixed at the bottom left.
