Description

Colorized view of the Osterwald quay in Neuchâtel, with tree-lined avenue, pink flower beds, central fountain, and silhouettes of people near the lake. Reverse: 25-centime Helvétie stamp, usage postmark of 29 July 1956, printed text announcing the 5th National Camp of Swiss Scouts in Saignelégier (24 July – 2 August 1956), and handwritten address to Madame Gaudrie G. Rousseau in La Dôle (France).
