View of the Castle of King René in Tarascon, with printed text indicating its construction began on November 27, 1400, during the reign of Louis II, Count of Provence. Reverse: handwritten address to Miss A. Cuniflard in Biguard (Rhône), dated April 6, 1912, with a 5c green stamp and a postmark from Tarascon dated 8-7.
