View of King René's Castle in Tarascon, Rhône side, with inscription indicating its construction began on November 27, 1100, during the reign of Louis II, Count of Provence, father of King René. Reverse: handwritten correspondence addressed to Miss Eugénie Genido in En Ville, dated 18/3/09, with a note stating that correspondence on the front is not accepted by all foreign countries.
