Description

View of the suspension bridge in Tarascon over the Rhône, with its two massive pillars and metallic structure. The reverse features handwritten correspondence to Madame Chamblay in Lyon, with an address at the top right and a note 'Sent by J. Cernay from the 11th Hospital Cordouan' at the top left. Two stamps are affixed at the bottom left and right, with a circular cancellation 'TARASCON' at the bottom left.
