View of the Gate of Condamine in Tarascon, a fortified gate dating from the end of the 14th century, with round stone towers and a few people visible at the entrance. The reverse bears a handwritten address to Madame Marie Théodore in Dreuxignan (Var), a 5-centime postage stamp, and a circular cancellation from Tarascon dated 11-12-1901.
