View of the Monumental Fountain in Tarbes, adorned with sculptures of mythological figures and animals. The reverse has a handwritten inscription: 'Bien le bonjour passage à notre Tarbes à Émile'. 5 franc stamp and Tarbes postmark of August 3, 1930. Addressed to M. Deldos in Istres.
