Black and white panoramic view of the Sheringham golf course, with a large building on the seafront and gently sloping houses. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated 27 August 1937, sent from Sheringham to Michel Augou in La Selle en Hermois, France, with a 1/2d stamp and an obliteration 'SHERINGHAM NORFOLK'.
