Description

Black and white view of the port of St. Ives with several boats at the dock and a village on the shore. Printed text at the bottom: 'THE HARBOUR, ST. IVES'. On the reverse, a postcard sent to Madame Soisson in Neuilly-Plaisance (Seine et Oise), with a 4 pence stamp of Queen Elizabeth II and a postmark dated 8 July. The handwritten message expresses memories and emotions.
